Dodge Charger 2006-2008 System Installation Guide

ProCharger Cog Belt

Position the lower cog pulley in the loose

position by rotating the drive transfer

housing counter-clockwise.

Remove the outer ﬂ ange from the

ProCharger cog pulley.

Feed the cog belt onto the lower cog

pulley.

Roll the cog belt onto the upper cog

pulley.

Reinstall the ﬂ ange to the upper cog

pulley using Loctite on each of the screws.

To tighten the cog belt, rotate the drive

transfer housing clockwise and align the

ﬁ rst marks on housing and bracket. After

approximately 1,000 miles, re-tension the

cog belt by rotating the drive transfer

housing to second mark.

Tighten the three

⁄4-20 x

⁄8” bolts located

on the back bracket to lock in the drive

transfer housing with a

⁄16 wrench.

Install the cog guard.
